be registered by your supervisor. Please do not use this form.
If you are new to KTP and registering for the first
time, please read carefully the different options for types of users by clicking
the link below, so that you understand which Group you should belong to.
This is important as once you start the registration process you may be asked to
select which Group you belong to.
